It's been awhile..

Yea it really has. Guess what? Went to Thai Bar with friends to release the "fucked-up" emotion in our heads. Actually reality is that nothing goes perfectly to plan to a POINT where hell just break loose - FUCK i say. So I had fun, drink, listen to hard bass and check chix which either tipsy-super tipsy or just wasted XD - out showing their stuff on the dance floor. Finals around the corner, God i pray allow me to study till death depart me from my books... Seriously, Amen.

Me wanna learn how to photoshop. Image manipulation is just so fun my fon and picasa just can't satisfy enough. Saw some of my friends works just inspired me even more. Comment my creativity post! search it! in my blog of course :P

Dinner

It's tradition that every Friday night we have family dinner. We went to Eve's corner in Saberkas. It's run by a Kenyah family and it's a first time we come across such a place. Eve's corner serves Eastern & Western food for example Fried Mee, Kueh Tiaw, Chicken Chop, Fish n' Chips they even have Pattya Fried Rice. The enviroment there is nice, waitresses were friendly but slow abit XD.

My parents & por por shared mee goreng and another kueh tiaw goreng tomato and fried fish with rice, no pix sori. My lil sis had spagetti carbonara( very yummy creamy cheesy sauce..) and i had grilled fish(pictured).

Blast of creativity

Cardio day

Haha suddenly i'm talking about my cardio day. I always like to change routines from time to time and this is one of them. Me wants to train like a fighter! My circuit comprises of:

3 rounds of interval around bulatan park (approx. 2.5km?)
5 mins of skipping
6 reps of bar exercise (i.e chin ups)
30 prison squat
30 lunges (15 on each leg)
Push ups (fist clenched)
100 kicks (50 each leg)

I did 90% and I did 2 sets for my first time XD i felt light-headed abit. Josh advises just to do 3 times a week and i'm just gonna do that much or else i'm destroying my muscles. I still be doing weight training for my upper body on non-cardio days. Can't wait to see the results in 3 weeks before i head for KK, more on that once I got my ticket booked aight?
